☼ Meditation benefits have been known to connect your mind and body by focusing on the present moment. Calming effects that relieve anxiety and restlessness can be felt no matter what form of meditation you practice. I personally practice four of the five types illustrated in the article – guided, mantra, music, mindfullness breathing, and chakra & color in addition to my regular yoga practice.
